We feel terribly sorry for we can't ship the Gustard DAC-X16 on time as we claimed before, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be for you. As far as we know, supply problems hit on Gustard's supply chain, which causes the delay.

We, SHENZHENAUDIO, as the biggest and the closest authorized agent of Gustard, we definitely will get the first batch of DAC-X16 for shipping out the backlog orders. Once the first batch is available, we will ship out your orders with the fastest shipping method asap. Actually, we cannot promise the exact delivery time now, that involves lots of situations in the chain. You have the options to wait for it or ask a refund. We will take care of it immediately!

To demonstrate our sincerity for the customer who wanna wait for X16, there is a compensation mechanism: 20 dollars will be refunded to your account for each month delayed since the date you ordered, the cap is 100 dollars. This compensation mechanism only adopts for the orders in SHENZHENAUDIO store.
