Rays can be tuned not only through a professional web debugging platform but also anytime and anywhere using the MOONDROP app on mobile devices. The account, database, and mobile app on the official website are interoperable, providing flexibility in usage. Once tuning is applied, the built-in DSP of the sound card can store the custom settings until new tuning is reapplied. This feature prevents the common issue of sound effects from traditional gaming headphones becoming invalid due to driver failure, making it user-friendly and eliminating the need for resetting when changing equipment.

Rays also incorporates a universal USB-C port and ensures zero-latency, and high-speed digital audio transmission. Additionally, it comes with 1.5m USB-C to A extended cable for special needs.
