RT-Adaptive ANC TWS, MOONDROP Pudding

by Xin Yu on May 20, 2026

If you've followed MOONDROP's TWS journey, from the bold Sparks to the refined Golden Ages, you know they've never been about simply following trends. Each model carried a distinct sonic personality. But with the new MOONDROP Pudding, the brand is doing something different: baking everything they've learned into a TWS that finally delivers on both audio pedigree and daily usability without compromise.

Pudding utilizes an advanced real-time adaptive active noise-canceling (ANC) algorithm, which continuously monitors the effectiveness of noise cancellation through an ear canal microphone. It calculates and compensates for the noise detected by the noise-canceling microphone in real time, allowing for automatic optimization and updates to the earbuds' noise cancellation performance.

The RT-Adaptive ANC enables Pudding to achieve noise cancellation that approaches theoretical performance across various scenarios and different wearing situations. This approach overcomes the limitations of traditional hybrid feedforward-feedback noise cancellation earbuds, which tend to perform well in laboratory conditions but offer subpar noise cancellation in real-life situations.

The Pudding uses a variable damping diaphragm with a nano-titanium crystal dome, along with a 10mm dynamic driver composed of a lightweight coil, N52 magnet, and all-metal bracket. These components offer performance and specifications that surpass standard TWS offerings, resulting in lower distortion and a wider frequency response, providing a solid foundation for high-quality sound.

Pudding has frequency response characteristics in line with the VDSF Target Response, which shows clear imaging and smooth, natural timbre. MOONDROP is committed to high reproduction, Pudding achieves excellent frequency bandwidth and superior nonlinear distortion. Its total harmonic distortion is lower than 0.05%, thus allowing users to experience pure quality.

Additionally, Pudding has 10-band PEQ, you're able to customize and tune the parameterized equalizer in Pudding’s DSP using a new professional tuning interface that is more precise and user-friendly.

Meanwhile, Users can create a Sound Target ID (STI) personal sound preference profile, generated through online interactive DSP data, combined with the acoustic characteristics of the current earphones. This generated STI can be further fine-tuned using the online interactive DSP features. With this function, MOONDROP headphones will remember users' preferred sound settings and quickly adjust to their favorite timbre after a product update or replacement.

It also provides the protective case as an option, welcome to check yours!
